The Villa’s inside space is 200 square meters.
The Trullo’s inside space is 95 square meters.
Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. Each house has a washing machine.
The Villa’s bedrooms: First bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with extralarge walk-in shower with rain shower and handshower, two sinks and separate wc-room. Second bedroom with double bed. Third bedroom with two double beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom (bathtub with rainshower and handshower, sink, wc, bidet).
The villa has a generous open-plan kitchen-dining area and gives onto the lounge with sofas and TV.
The Trullo’s bedrooms: First bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with two large single beds. In case this second room is not needed as a bedroom, it can be converted into a lounge room with comfortable sofas. Bathroom with large walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, sink, wc and bidet.
The Trullo has a large open-plan kitchen-dining area, as well as separate tv-corner with sofa.
Each house has its own outside dining area and own outside space.
The organization of events, parties and similar is not permitted on the premises.
The pool is not heated and is open from April through to the end of October.
The Villa has air condition. The Trullo does not as its thick stone walls keep it comfortably cool even in high summer.
Both houses have central heating (underfloor heating in the villa).
Both houses have Wifi.
Houses will be cleaned for your arrival and once a week for guests who stay more than 10 days. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost.
In case heating is needed (usually only from November up until April), this would be at an extra cost and charged according to consumption. Both houses have gas meters which can be monitored by our guests.
Outside: Both houses have their own outside dining area. The central garden and swimming pool area are shared by the two houses. There is also a large dining table by the pool which is shared. Each house has its own barbecue.
The pool is 10 x 10 mt.
There is a large garden area (between Trullo and house), covered by a lawn and with a variety of fruit trees and some olive trees, some of them several hundreds of years old. There are more fruit and olive trees on the land (the whole plot measures about 1 hectare).
Linens, towels, as well as towels for pool/beach.
Hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
Basic kitchen items: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning agent, dishwasher tablets, waste bags, laundry soap, new sponge.
For our youngest guests we provide cots with bedding, highchairs, toys, bottle sterilizers, toilet steps, paddling pools.
