FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you cancel 45 days or more in advance of your arrival date, no cancellation charge will be changed and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival day or don’t show on the day, the total price of the booking will be charged.

We will only provide the option of rebooking your holiday should there be a National Lockdown in Italy which will not permit you to travel to Puglia.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to illness, or any of your party having to self-isolate.

We highly recommend that you purchase holiday insurance.

The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi. Both are international airports. We strongly recommend you rent a car since public transport is not great in the area. You will find all the major car rental companies at both airports. Please book your car ahead of your arrival, especially during the high season.

We will send you detailed directions to the property ahead of your arrival. You can also find us on Google Maps as Trullo Fumarola.

This is subject to prior approval. We will be happy to accept your pet, but need to make sure you are aware of the set out of the property first (low stone walls without high fences, need to respect the space of the other house etc.)

Guests can check in from 3.30 pm and check out is by 9.30 am. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.

We will meet you in person at the property. Prior to your arrival you will receive an email with detailed directions.

There is ample parking space within the property, also shaded.

We expect a certain amount of wear and tear is inevitable. Who hasn’t dropped a wine glass?
However, if something does get damaged during your stay, please contact us right away so that we can make sure it is fixed or replaced before the next guest checks in.
If the damage is serious or malicious then we will have to charge you to replace or repair it.

Yes, linens and towels are provided. We kindly ask you to only use the white towels inside the houses. We supply blue towels for pool and beach.

Yes, we have plenty of those. The cots are travel cots. Please let us know before your stay how many you will need. We also supply beddings for the cots.

The rate includes the cleaning of the property before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost and needs to arranged beforehand.

Yes it is, being all on one level and without any stairs.

Yes there is. You will find the details and passwords in your Welcome Kit at the property when you arrive.
